Work with your attorney for what is needed to insure all subcontractors get paid by the General Contractor.Make sure the insurance covers Construction period and also materials.Talk with your Commerical insurance agent and they should address the above questions with you.If this is an older facility make sure your engineering firm has covered Fire Suppression systems and any Storm pond or drainage systems.

Usually you have to pay for the privilege of getting a return phone call from an attorney.(9) We have over 30,000 of uncollected judgements on six cases and like the LA fires, try to forget about getting back what you had, move on and take precautions never to get into that situation again.

You should fire them right away and talk to an attorney to prevent the loss, but I wouldn't expect much and it could be a waste since a company that does this will not have the money to do anything.When you have just one unit and you are looking for PM companies, your options are the bottom of the barrel because it's not a good use of the big one's time.
