Discussions on topics like this are very beneficial for BP Investors to follow as it can bring light to the mindset of many who still apply their outdated and antiquated strategies.I'll bet everyone reading this topic will for now on (when possible) will round up or down though!

And all my mattresses get protective covers put on them, as well.Re: furniture, I've gotten some great dressers, coffee tables, etc. at consignment and antique stores, but anything involving fabric/upholstery I'm buying new.  

I have seen old churches converted into antique stores.   

It will pay for appliances, but I'm not sure it will replace the antique furnace, etc.

Folks - don't ever replace a good working antique when you are seeking an antique look.

We use nice fixtures, antique furniture and Persian rugs everywhere.  

Think about it, if a realtor recommends the "Poor Mouthing the Offer" strategy when they are the Buyer’s agent, do they suddenly forget this same strategy is being used when they are the Listing Agent and other Buyer Agents make offers on their listings using this same antiquated strategy?

The previous owner was a noted antique and rare jewel dealer in Oklahoma City.

But it's this Antiquated set in stone realtor mindset that amazes me.
