Is there any legal action one can take or is it just a lost cause?

To clear it, you often have to do an expungement or a quiet title action via a lawyer which gets expensive quickly.   

I am obviously conflicted with the moral side of pursuing legal action here, but understand that people can do untruthful things when it comes to financial gains. 

Posting this here in hopes that other sub to 'sellers' see this and take action against these predators.
