Yes, I agree with the SF comment, for me they are asking way far from what what is really worth perhaps betting on the potential of the lot (huge patio around the house) that easily accomodate an extra room extension for example.

It is a law that addresses public accomodations, nit residential real estate.

Now I am talking RESI agents specifically.I sold my office building 2 years ago as I was building a new home and I customized it to accomodate myself and 3 desks... so no communte anymore..

@Patricia Steiner I would disagree....this isn't a no pet policy, it is a reasonable accomodation for medical device.

As I grow I search for things I don't know and others do: how to find an accomodator for a1031 exchange, do I need a whole new roof or just repair the roof I have, how does this decision change my tax situation, I've got my first 4 loans and find out the 5th is more difficult so how do I carry on, do I snowball my rents and pay down my mortgages or keep borrowing, now in single families does it pay to do multifamily properties...I am searching for something each and every day.
