I don't have time to take a class in it, but can you recommend any books or online courses on shooting interiors of buildings?

They have great meetings and many have luncheons as well.If you need more info than that and are ready to suck up some more knowledge, there are a couple more advanced investors who host free classes around the city and some even have online databased of their content.

Not to mention that you can take most ivy league college courses online for free minus any book you may purchase to go along with the course. 

All of which I would have been happy to answer and begin a dialogue on the deal itself if you were interested in doing so.Disrespect isn't something I relate to much in online forums.  

I'm also working on my bachelor's degree in Real Estate Studies through Marylhurst University's online program.

You could also find a free sample online and modify it.

@Karlyn,It is unfortunate that one person can have an imperfect experience with something or someone; write about it online (i.e. ripoffreport.com), and it becomes gospel.

Fair enough, that's understandable, although I do see differing opinions (from searching around online) on this with some contractors being transparent about their markup and costs while others just providing a lump sum number.

Right now I am working like a dog to build capital and doing classes online at night so I am really pressed for time so if I message you it will be easier for me right now, but I would love to meet up at some point.
