I'm sure they got dozens of calls from flaky buyers/ lowballers, agents trying to get them to list with them, wholesalers, spammers, scammers, scheduling showings and having strangers come through their $2M property, or cancelling last minute, or no-showing, qualifying buyers, dealing with unfamiliar contracts and inspection negotiations and then starting over again with a new buyer when the first one backed out, not knowing what they need to legally disclose from that first inspection and what they don't etc.
