If you aren’t using a PM and have no clue where to start.

I would love a few tips to get started, "get my ducks in a row" before next summer, and be ready to either build or purchase a duplex, triplex, etc., to start a house hacking journey.

We are currently working on a project down there at Mahogany Bay.We purchased a property there on MBV and plan on starting construction the end of 2024.

That takes my time most nights, and weekends to receive/pack/ship those products but is super flexible with time.On top of that, I self manage 6 of my own rentals, the cash flow pays for my current mortgage and repairs so it makes living in my primary house free.Experience now:My wife and I have 6 rental homes locally, all rented, all cashflow.

For example, I started with a condo, did a HELOC to buy my second LA house hack.

I’m ready to jump into the real estate game but I don’t know where to start.

Any advice to help me start out would be great thanks!. 

The guys said it best.Make sure you can actually get started before you get started like @John Underwood said.Plus I would really look at just getting more properties like @Mark Miles said.I think you will be ahead in the long run.

This will specifically be my primary home if we move forward with this  Primary homes are a great way to start.  

So by taking title sub to you have created a default situation and the lender at THEIR SOLE discretion may accerlate the note ( means call it due and start a foreclosure).. hope that clarifies it for you.
