What all investors need is a solid grounding in Economics and the effects of policy, both locally and nationally.It really does help.Also, I wouldn't call this Investment completely not liquid.In fact, if you believe in future Interest Rate increases, and I certainly do, borrowing against these Investments increases your profitability as you can lock in the lowest interest rates NOW.
