Also, what if you didn't report these things and when you move out he deducted an amount out of your security deposit to fix them?

Remember, in most states you have to pay the tenant any interest accumulated on the deposit so putting it in a cap one account for instance wouldn’t benefit you.

@Vince CampbellI would not do anything specific for this buyer, unless they put down a HUGE non refundable deposit, especially for work specific to interior modifications.

Did you first deposit money into Wy LLC, then transfer to Holding LLC bank and then pay the escrow?
