I have been researching the REIA in my area to find out about the meetings, look forward to going to them and meeting everyone, I would love to find a mentor, I really need the hands on, I need to actually 'see' the process to understand it more so than just reading about it, all the information is wonderful, just seeing it in action helps too.

If the bank still owns itFrom what I've learned here about making offers, I see the numbers this way:$125k ARV x 70% = 87,50087,500 - 20,000(repairs/updates) = $67.500.I would not offer any more than this.
