Well, because 1- my reputation I have built in the industry of knowledge, respect and win-win. 2- I follow that up by paying my people what they are worth, and that means $65-$85 lh, I give respect and demand it, I lead. $25lh is slave wages and no decent tech exists at that rate. 

@Jonathan Jewell I don't work on retail in general, but I would factor in a pretty high degree of uncertainty into this deal.
