Good morning BP community,

We are looking at making our first hard money loan for a flip project. We don’t really know where to begin as far as term sheets and what documentation we need to request from the borrower. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

@Jaren Woeppel  Perhaps these two threads might be a good starting point:

Becoming a Private lender (Talks broadly about the process of becoming a private lender from a high level)

Private lender - forms required?? (Discusses some of the forms used in private lending)

Hope that helps get you started and best of luck to you.
