Who is your competition and how will you provide a competitive advantage over them? 

With the Raleigh area being such a hot market in recent years, I'm looking to find new or experienced investors or other agents to network with, discuss the latest news about the area, and establish some solid relationships with.

Some investors started flipping, wholesaling, working as an agent and/or lender.

lol  (were up in the Dallas are though).After reading the posts (Joel, seems that you are knowledgeable but, all/most of your initial questions were already answered/provided in the original posting, need to read it through!)..

This means the lender must (1) reject any payments from that point forth (2) comply with providing proper notification (3) allow a certain amount of time for the borrower to pay the loan in full and (4) auction the property off in non judicial states.
