He is just trying to do his own thing.My agent told me that listing agent called the pest company and asked them to put a mechanics lien on the home to prevent the closing !!!!

If things break, they get fixed, but there has been no regular or preventative maintenance done on anything within the unit in at least a decade if not longer.
