Hey everybody just wanted to get a few opinions on what some of you do to market on social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etcI'm new in the real estate investing business in Chicago and I'm looking to start my marketing on the big social media platforms so just out of curiosity what kind of content are you guys putting out on these platforms?

They are uncommon, but I know of an investment platform that is unconventional as it has to do with renewable energy properties.

I always hear bigger pockets podcasters say focus on "one thing" first and I truly believe setting up a correct wholesale business will be platform for buy/hold and flipping.

I'd recommend reading as many BP published books and listening to the podcast before investing in order to at least have a platform upon which you can launch out.

Airbnb splits things up night and easy, but not the HomeAway platforms. 

I have been working with Anderson Advisors and they are out of Nevada, but have experience in every state, have a great online platform for their clients, and specialize in real estate transaction.

Type in "property management software" and you'll find about 4,372 threads discussing this topic over and over and over again.Cozy.co and Tenantcloud.com are two oft-mentioned platforms that are free or extremely cheap and easy to use.

All the MLS mergers, online ad platforms, home search tools and apps in the world won’t mean much if no one picks up the phone or answers email.But once buyers and sellers get over this hurdle, there is a much bigger issue plaguing the industry: the real estate transaction process.
