Many Older people don’t mind smaller kitchens and millennials care more about local places to eat and space for their pets so :0 Don’t overthink it imo

Thanks in advanced :)Leeron,In LA, you cannot evict a tenant unless they have broken the lease (by not paying rent, by having pets that aren't allowed, by being a nuisance, etc).It doesn't matter whether the tenants are Section 8 or not.Best!

Also property management has told me it smelled like dog urine in the backyard where pavers are and we didn't allow pets when as part of the contract. 

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.

One of them violate the agreement by having a HUGE dog in the unit, while her lease says NO PETS. - lol..Thanks BP.!

Include some of that basic criteria in your rental listings  (rent to income ratio - smoking policy - pets policy)3.
