If not you still have the current course of action to follow, but if they can then maybe you can get approved based on your cancelled check ect.

While I doubt they'd send you to the pokey for illegally renting an RV on airbnb (unless there was a grave injury or some other high profile badness on the premises), Orinda seems like the sort of place where people care quite a bit how their neighbors' actions affect their property values.

I wish I had a mentor when I was starting out & give me actionable advise.

Everyone says to take action so that is what we did.

Im an Action taker, always driving my farm area for deals, calling FSBO, little DMarketing but ramping up don't mind wholesale deals or MLS listings.

They alway have an excuse or negative comeback when you're letting them know that it's possible but they just have to take action.
