Being professional, friendly, and organized is something a lot of people sending direct mail somehow fail to do.

I've learned to keep my personal money away from the business money to insure organization and ease when it comes to filing taxes and all that jazz.

Luckily I'm learning this with non-profitable cheap property now than make a huge mistake down the line.

This can be quite a tedious process if you do not have your finances organized.

I'll start looking at those organizations.
