What App or Business Bank Account Offers the Best Service for RE?

Hey BP community,

I am currently in escrow on my first deal in San Diego and really wanted to know what bank account or app offers the best service for someone with a small portfolio. I've learned to keep my personal money away from the business money to insure organization and ease when it comes to filing taxes and all that jazz. Really appreciate any feedback or guidance on this! Thank you!
