Lease states move in date as July 1st and 1st month’s rent was due on or before June 1st before they would be given the keys.Tenants contacted me on June 21st staying they have cancer and wanted to delay move in until August 1st.

I suppose they're coined "commercial loans" because they're more business purpose in nature and funded by private institutions not backed by the government sponsored entities.
