Hi Everybody,I'm looking into two markets Pittsburgh and  Minneapolis/St.Paul and was trying to find out whether they're landlord friendly cities, all I've found are these articles that were helpful but there were no  mentions of Pittsburgh and Minneapolis/St.Paulhttp://capstonecapitalusa.com/the-most-friendly-8-landlord-states/http://www.rentersinsurance.com/2012/03/8-states-where-rental-laws-favor-landlords/Could anyone tell me how long it takes to evict a tenant in either markets?

Pulling lists from Listsource like absentees, equity, seniors, etc. are fine but they work best when executed in conjunction with the other lists that I mentioned.
