As I mention,SD is a tough market as we all know so creativity seems like a must.

Yes i also forgot to mention the family is to large for the house no also.

So far, we have not had an issue with abuse, but as @Neil Metzger mentioned, that is always a possibility.

All of the strategies that it mentions are widely used in today's market.

She proceeds to mention yea sure no problem.

Pulling lists from Listsource like absentees, equity, seniors, etc. are fine but they work best when executed in conjunction with the other lists that I mentioned.  

At a minimum, we should see the highest of the previously mentioned range.
