I recently was replacing vinyl blinds at a property and noticed within hours of putting them up, they seemed off colored and splotchy.

I am looking for 2-4 families, class B, light rehab (paint and carpet, bathroom & kitchen) with decent school districts.

I've been using a lot of SW Light French Grey and SW Agreeable Grey in my properties lately and buyers seem to really like it.

I'm reasonably certain that it's a violation of the MA Consumer Protection Act and I've filed an official complaint with MLS to that effect.If nothing else, it puts us Realtors in a bad light when a home is listed at a price that has zero chance of ever being accepted.

The house was originally a single family home converted to a duplex and nothing was set straight; for example, a kitchen light was controlled by a switch hidden inside a wall, the pantry was in an old fire place, and it was leaking water through the threshold of the first unit. 

Now they keep coming with petty requests,for example when a light bulb went off In the bathroom they raised a request for a bulb, is that my responsibility?
