I'll just keep watching the values.

I have read a lot of books and watched lots of videos but it seems like people want you to buy a course to tell you how to invest.I know people talk about seller finance and sweat equity, I even tried to get sellers to let me give them more than half of the refinance value but it did not work!

Pick up any real estate investing book from your local bookstore, watch some youtube videos, and you will find the basic concept with slight variations.

I don't watch the news...I watch the actual news conference.I read actual reports, and not interpretations.I realize that any economic impact on purchases, business, investments, etc...aren't based on an economic problem, they're based on a temporary medical problem.I firmly believe, the medical problem will be solved in a short enough period of time and will not have any long term major negative impact on the economy.I know that when the "hounds are released", any negatives that might have happened to the economy, will bounce back and head north faster than it went south because of a built up demand...and the fact that this problem wasn't ecomonically based in the first place.

Since late last year I've been doing my research (reading books /articles, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos and etc.)

I actually attended a REIA meeting last year (I won't say where) in which the presenter, the "voice of experience" for that group, got up and encouraged investors to endure negative cash flow for up to 3 years on the insane promise of inevitable wealth and riches to be made sometime in the future.Made me sick to my stomach to watch.

I was just watching video of Brendon on YouTube explaining 2% rules of thumbs.

As of recently, I have been watching videos, listening to podcast, and doing the Ultimate Beginners Guide to fully understand how Real Estate Investing works and the different ways I could invest.
