Investing in property in Mallorca
Hello everybody ,
I am planning to invest in property in Mallorca, Spain. My plan is to buy for rent. The problem is that properties in Mallorca are quiet expensive.
I was just watching video of Brendon on YouTube explaining 2% rules of thumbs.
Where in my case the 3 bedroom property with one bathroom and huge tarrace costs 219000 euros , where normally in this area I can rent it out for 1200 euros/ month. Which is 0,54%.
Is there any of you that invested already in this area?
I am really new to that , and just looking for some tips not to do mistakes.
