Sometimes we have to pay to make sure it's right all the way around and have an insured contractor to fall back on if anything is not right... if you touch it the first thing anyone on the job will do is point the finger at you and attack your competence to do whatever you do....

I would suggest you invite one person you'd really like to talk with out, set a time, and then invite other people, rather than trying to coordinate schedules with a bunch of people here.I'll come if I'm free--which I'm often not.

hi from austin tx. so been hanging around here trying to figure out how i wanted to get started. well figured it out. i am selling my house, cashing it out, because i do not want to use it as a rental. bought another house that i will hack then turn it into a rental in a cpl years but in the mean time i am looking at additional properties in areas outside of austin even out of state.my goal is 10 properties before i retire, from my current job, in 6 years. i am looking especially in rural areas.

@Marvin Wheeler excellent job on the license I just transferred my over to KW in 10 mile off i94 I moved there due to one of the top agents who Is wholesale and investor friendly he has a large network of investors more than a couple hundred I will PM you his info.
