Years of contemplating ways of making extra money outside of my day-to-day job.

Usually our cleaning company lets us know the place is still clean.I usually send a nice email hoping all is ok and letting them know they can book with us in the future with a 10pct discount.

Rehab estimator: As a newbie I don't always know how much things cost so this tool is extremely helpful to bid on jobs.

(or lack of)Historically, Good Paying  Jobs have been few and far between in this area.

Found this nice ~40k sqft sqft stripmall.

But now that that madness has mostly ended, I believe most families perfer all the amenities of a nice resort.

I think "Don't fight the Fed" is in play for 2023 and that we are just now getting back around 20th century norms...inflation gave them both a reason and an excuse to shoot back up to what they consider closer to equilibrium and jobs reports are still strong.
