You should have had all of this data by then. 

Most agents are lazy (sad but very true), but good buyer's agents are absolutely invaluable, even when you know a lot, because they know other agents and those agents know doing a deal with a good agent and a seasoned investor is way easier than trying to do a deal with a newbie investor and new agent.

Further expanding on the points above - for your first deal, being on the ground is invaluable.

Bonus points if it can be exported to bulk data and allow for breakdowns by studio, 1bd, 2bd, 3bd.Costar has this information but you can only search a single city at a time whereas I am needing to aggregate all at once for analysis.
