One caution (applicable to Texas - your state laws may vary) do NOT accept any partial payments as this will have the effect of resetting all the eviction time lines, and you will have to start all over.Good luck and hang tough!

Like in China there is no real estate industry anyone can hang their shingle out.. for me it would be OK  it would level the playing field.
