A little about me: I've done mostly residential buy and hold/flips in markets outside of SLC. However, I've been visiting SLC at least once a year for the past several years to enjoy the beautiful slopes and have started to explore the investing opportunities here. I've even floated the idea of moving here to my fiance once or twice :P
