The location was known for frequent travelers and visitors due to great weather, food and activities.

So if the goal is to make money in order to make money and prove to yourself that you're really someone special...well...sorry, Sam, but at best you're going to be worm food in the near future, just like the rest of us.

On our “cat house”, the guy’s fridge quit working… so he unplugged it and just left it in place… with all the rotting food!  

I would take my thoughts with a grain of salt as I am not from Texas and it doesn't get nearly as hot here in Minnesota. 

A lot of damage can be caused by a messy interior - not even a gross one, just food and dishes left all over, wet towels on the ground, etc....They'll attract rodents, bugs and more including snakes that want to feed off the rodents.It is your business when it involves potential damage to your property.Schedule inspections (legally of course) and note any egregious conditions.

It is the 1 in 5 cat owners that take in other strays, or they leave tupperware all over the yard for food/water and suddenly you have a feral cat colony in your yard pooping everywhere, scratching other peoples cars and making the way into your house.

Take what they say with a grain of salt and realize while they’re successful and good at what they do, their way isn’t the only way to get the job done. 

You would get free food and shelter but it would be in jail, I don't see much difference in this.  

I'm new to investing, to take anything I say with a grain of salt.
