I’ve had the idea of house hacking my first investment, Just to get a feel  and some skin in the game.  

It consists of a 4600 sq. ft. house and shop/game room building that I am converting to an ADU.

However, I use this computer for recreation too, such as video games.

They have more skin in the game then you do.Make sure you get clear title.

Wealth building is a risk game and educated risk is good risk.I have high cash flow and a large HELOC to rely on as a back up.

I asked the guy who runs it (who's been in the game for 27 or so years and is very successful) if he'd ever consider doing a crash course in the basics so I wouldn't have to wait for a once-a-month meeting.
