Did you buy furniture that you will reuse on other flips? 

They already have virtual tours in place and cool perks like Amazon and dry cleaning lockers.

Are there virtual meet-ups etc.?

Those sort of deals virtually don’t exist or are hard to come by because investors who have properties near the college know exactly what their properties are worth and they aren’t going to sell for below market price.

Also we see more interest in longer term stays with people having more flexibility with working remotely and children virtual schooling.

I’d also attend some of the virtual meet ups that are happening, as you start building your resources.

I'd love to know if there are any Real Estate Investment groups that are still meeting, either in person or virtually. 

If lot of properties are vacant and available for rental then it's not a good area for rental, and randomly select the vacant properties see a) How good is the property  at least in the photos, i know the virtual photos always don't speak for the reality b) How long this has been in the market.

I would anticipate the assertion that colleges will go "virtual" as a stop-gap effort to get the public on board  to start up the semester amidst categorical chaos and opaqueness.
