I have a 3 flat , and the stairs from the 2nd floor to the 3rd floor are wooden and sagging, maybe due to the building settling.

Sometimes it's half (3% each side in this example would be fairly common), sometimes it's more than half, sometimes it's less than half, sometimes it's a percentage, sometimes it's a flat rate.

I was sent a text with screen shots of their arguement by the female tenant from the male tenant and it was alot of name calling and cussing but no line was crossed from either one of them ina threatening matter.
