Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Fort Washington.

We kicked off our real estate investing journey with a house-hack. We're renting out a room in our primary residence to supercharge our savings for our first property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We thought this would be a great way to launch our RE career journey. We were able to find someone that met our requirements and we are using this experience as a crash course into being landlords.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Screen your tenants and don't fold on your requirements.
