If you are going to switch software be advised that switch is PAINFUL.

Although it’s my first property, I do have other personal assets that I’d feel better if they were protected in a worst case scenario.

The only reason you may need another subscription is if your partner wants access to the subscription and you don't feel comfortable with them seeing the other deal info. 

Or I raise rent $100/month over market rent for people like this that are a pain.
