What I've learned is you can't do everything yourself so build a team of professionals (handyman, plumber, lender, real estate agent, electricians, etc.).  

Definitely would be interested in picking your brain a bit, particularly looking to build a solid team of trades people who specialize in flipping. 

We are both experienced with various types of home building and improvements.

You want someone who is experienced from multiple ends of a deal and walks the walk, not just talks the talk.
