To show evidence that the property is under contract with the owner for a property you're looking to assign, or something else?  

To say "The stock market is not going to crash" and provide no evidence of your position comes across as dismissive and in my opinion insulting.  

My best guess is that once the Judge sees how organized you are with all your evidence, he/she will know you are a conscientious person and not just trying to get something you don't deserve.

The confusion was evident in the BP article I mentioned, and I've even spoken to insurance agents who mis-use the terms.  

I wonder how he can monitor and enforce this, though, since I encounter evidence of unauthorized cats.An environmentally conscience tenant could have lower utility bills and wear & tear on the property.It is interesting how far people will go to push their values.  

My question to you this time around, is this: NHS or neighborhood housing services has denied my application for a rehab loan due to this-- that I cannot provide evidence that I will be living in it.
