@Russell Brazil contracts in South Carolina ( Board of RE contracts) have auto extensions in them for funding delays. usually 10 days. but after that your out of contractour contracts in Oregon have a close date you miss it you miss it.however as a practical matter we extend for financing often here in Oregon but its usually just 2 to 5 days.
