Rude awakening about what the term Watershed really means fortunately my personal home and three rental properties between Katy and Rosenberg were not in any of these locations and did not take on any water although there was a little roof damage.

I found the perfect house for me to do my first wholesale deal with, due to its price in relevance to its location and the property values in the surrounding area.

I know location plays a huge part in the equation, I am just trying to make sure when I run numbers I know if my deal is good or not.

Sellers want to be on the MLS that covers the area where their home is located, so they can offer a commission to LOCAL buyer agents.2.

How important is "location" in MF investing?  

I watched a video recently on a guy whose strategy in choosing a multifamily investment location is to find slower job growth.

The location is great, and it is tucked away nearby a main strip, so easy access to gyms, restaurants, movies etc..  

The latter, well, everyone has opinions because it's highly variable on personal preferences and dependent on location and type of STR.What do you want to know?
