Hello All,I am in a situation where I am in escrow and the loan was denied by the lending company.

My guess is that it may not be allowed to deny based on certain info found during the background check, but not to be able to conduct one?

They, of course, will deny that they've done anything wrong based on my experience. 

I've read that in Utah that a landlord cannot deny someone that has a "emotional support animal", but if they are a small landlord, it doesn't apply.
