I've bought and flipped/rented in Florida while living in Nevada (among other states as well), and each location has its differences, not a lot of moisture in Nevada, but tons of it in FL as well as termites. 

I'm not sure it assesses a fee weekly, but my current setup is an upfront fee on the first day rent is late and a daily fee after that. 

From operations of the business daily and then the managing of projects, it really does consume both myself and my business partners full effort 6-7 days a week.

Monitor the case daily and wait for the judge to rule on the motion by either denying,  granting or setting a hearing.

What we are looking for is a back office solution, that will aid in the daily task management of the business from contract management, accounting, billing, etc.

Now all you have to do is implement daily focused efforts for 5-10 years. 

Now the owner, who didn't want to pay us to secure our monitor it, is turning at us daily that we need to get rid of the squatter.

But even this, stapled to the wall in the room it is relevant for gets overlooked.Therefore, once you do the walkthroughs and plans and talk with your contractors, and proactively call them daily, is to show up on site consistently.
