We only have a little over 1,000 tax clients and about 50 bookkeeping clients, so price is also a big consideration.

Ever give any consideration to doing something different that might produce an income on an empty lot like urban farming?

I know that it works if you get your portfolio together AND have 10 to 15 years to build equity during  a rising real estate market.I've generally been a pay cash and use the income to save up for the next property investor.

Dividing marital assets need the consideration of the whole picture (all assets) not just a single property.

I've spent considerable time trying to get answers on my own but haven't succeeded on getting clarity on all of them.I bought a condemned house in Sep 2018 and sold it Jun 2019.

I would suggest that we discuss with each renter about their particular situation and make intelligent decisions and considerations.

It sounds like people are building there so I would assume property values must be rising.

Our client's and prospective client's fears associated with the virus have slowed things down considerably.

The main thing to keep an eye on is how home prices are rising in comparison to rent prices.
