Quinton Slay I first found interest in real estate and passive income after listening to an episode of Radical Personal Finance with Paula Pant, maybe have her listen to a few podcasts that Paula was a guest on- she's very inspiring and really knows how to explain the 'why' behind real estate investing.

I have started listening to the biggestpodcast and I am currently on episode 30 and I'm planning to listen to ALL of the podcasts!
