Getting started in Wholesaling to kick off my investment journey!

Hello BP community! I am extremely new to real estate investing and have decided to try my hand at wholesaling to try and learn the ropes of the game and hope to carry that knowledge into further investment opportunities.

With that being said I would be so very grateful to connect with anyone that has experience in the wholesale field that I can learn from. My end goal is to find a mentor that I can bring deals to in exchange for their time and knowledge.

I have a family of seven I am providing for through my fiancés and my photography company and we just want to start the path of a more lucrative future for our children to grow into.

It means a lot to me to start this journey as I grew up in a broke and very non motivated household with no inheritance in the foreseeable future and I want to be the one to change that and build a portfolio to pass down to my kids.

ANY advice is so so very appreciated! I have been hitting the books hard but fear if I don’t get out there in the field I will simply suffer from analysis paralysis for another year.

The time is now for me and I owe all this inspiration and motivation to everyone in the BP community that I am so stoked to be part of!

I am in the Tacoma WA area and looking for solid, good hearted people to work with!

Peace and Love y’all!
- Paul
