The Federal Reserve’s Federal Open Market Committee raised the target federal funds rate to 0.75 to 1.00 percent on Wednesday; federal rate hikes typically influence private lenders to raise consumer rates including mortgage rates.In a post-meeting statement, Fed officials said that the federal funds rate remains accommodative and will continue to sustain economic growth and the Fed’s goal for a long-run inflation rate of 2.00 percent.

Account Closed  sub too has its place.. and in most markets not happening these days no reason for sellers to do this.. they can cash out.its a HORRIBLE idea for newbies and those that have little to no money.. they can find themselves in a world of hurt when their buyer default or the renter does what has happened to you and they need to continue making payments and simply don't have the dough to fix them up nor make the paymentsyou leave the seller in an extremely bad place.. they then sue and turn folks in to the authorities  ( like you ask me how I know :)  I have rescued more than one novice thinking sub too was nirvana only to find them selves totally fubared.its only good for very short term and for those with money... no begineers with little capital..

Then I link that information up with local professionals. 3 RE agents, 3 commercial brokers, 3 property managers...I go as far as meeting with city officials...and I did that when I was just buying a house or two.Most of your units will have different reno dates.

I sent an official lease termination letter (email & physical) to the other tenant letting them no that they no longer had a least and would like them to vacate the property as of August giving plenty of  to figure things out.
