Then you'll have a few tools for capital at your disposal, including: personal funds, hard money, private money, and lines of credit... all there for you to grow/scale!

Like I said big timers like Sean Terry and Bob Diamond do it all the time and teach others how to do it as well.

I am in the process of purchasing 3 properties all right next two each other. 1 multifamily and 2 commercial office space of which we plan on using a significant portion of for our medical practice.

If you're buying it as purely an investment property - project for a 20-25% down payment.  

It all comes down to timing.
