I understand to compare with other homes in the area, but which site or technique are you using to gather this information?

I recently came upon a great marketing book that I thought I would throw out there to see if anyone would like to gain some street smart marketing techniques.

Utilizing the same data, skiptracing and marketing techniques I've been using for my virtual wholesaling business I was able to get two contracts signed for surplus funds recovery in as little as one week in the program. 

And your votes are definitely appreciated.Fortunately I was able to assemble that first post before the new forum design went into place; the techniques I use to build these types of posts are hampered a bit by one of the changes made with the new forum design.

I then went up to Oregon and started using those same land techniques I used back in the day to build a land and timber business. 

While they don't go into much depth I find them eyeopening because they cover a wide range of real estate techniques and if you can gloss over the rah-rah there are even pretty entertaining.BTW; that is quite the portfolio you have there!

And lastly if I had more cash on hand to invest I probably wouldn't buy in CA at all but I'm using some of the financing techniques I've learned on BP and you have to start some where.
