Prepagent.com was a great resource for me.

In my head this strategy seems like it could work for me and get me in the game.

I work full time in health care where i want to start building other forms of cash flow.

That works better for me than driving down to the South Coast.

However, I'm have quite a bit of experience and have my own guys that only work for me so my overall pricing is probably better than yours.

One of those things would be to form some type of entity that will protect you personally from filing or a judgement you might have against you or your business.Never try to do everything yourself unless you have the talent.  

Additional info: $5000 profit for me and selling to a flipper with a $20k minimum profit.

Been screwed one to many times by them to ever again accept any applicant on any form of welfare.I reject all applicants on welfare.
