Could you approach them with a new custom floor plan that they could then make a standard?

It sounds almost like the kid is opening and closing a cabinet door or kicking the headboard (my speculation).

There are a decent amount of kitchen cabinets for pots/pans but no pantry area for food storage.

I just want to build enough passive income that I don’t have to worry about a boss breathing down my neck or pleasing customers 24/7, but I can use my degree to do what I enjoy and maybe even combine with real estate.

While Carrot offers fine websites that do well SEO-wise, they are basically a template-based site whereas I suspect that Jerryll will build you a more custom SEO solution.

we are semi custom though .. so takes us a little longer and totally upgraded compared to the big production builders.that 50,000 number for CA is way off there are literally millions of vacant lots..

I keep it simple and invest with Fidelity since they're really low cost and in my opinion have WAY better customer service than Vanguard.

I would like to find an arrangement that works for different deal types, instead of customizing for each, to keep things simple.
