Hello, I am approaching closing date on our first rental property and one of our renovations we are going to do is concrete counter tops.

The roof had caved in years ago, which took out most of the second floor and part of the first.

The fact that I'm doing this and not paying somebody else is largely a product of the fact that I want to eventually refinish the select-grade/clear oak floor and I cannot trust anyone to pull all those belt-shredding staples conscientiously for any amount of money.There's plenty of money down the line in fixing and bulletproofing the floor of the right rental, but I don't see people eagerly jumping at the bit to get at it.

I did the job for $1,500 in 2 days and that included the price of a tractor guy, concrete saw company, permit, and driveway repair.

The structure is technically able to be moved by a simple disassembly process and the installation can be completed in as little as 4 days with the installation crew.Some of the key details are that our materials are sustainable, recyclable, healthy, use building science, and our exterior panels sequester carbon instead of producing it like traditional concrete.

The motion sensors at the floor make the door open, not close.

They can’t be more than 44 inches off the floor.
